Happy days.

School started yesterday for everyone...weird. I should be at Mountain Crest, I still have the whole schedule memorized and at different times during the day I look at the clock and think about what I would be doing. :) But, I'm excited for Utah State on Monday! I think. :) haha. These past few days have been great! I can't believe summer is over, but here are some things that have made these past few days so good!

• I got my first calling in my single's ward (other than visiting teaching). It's kinda (okay really!) crazy that I'm old enough to hold a 'real' calling. haha, I'm the visiting teaching coordinator, it should be good and I'm excited to get to know my R.S. sisters more! My first counselor in my bishopric set me apart and he gave me a beautiful blessing; he talked a lot about the 'light' that is in me and my 'shining' countenance. For some reason I have gotten many, many comments on this but I just can't see it in myself...haha! But, I'm glad that I can be a light to others and bring them to Christ! 
• I was able to go to the Salt Lake Temple with my friends Alecia and Megan!! It was so beautiful, it was a wonderful day and a great way to start the school year!! 
  

• Baby boy Izzy was born on Tuesday! 7 lbs, 10 oz, 21 inches long. He is such a cutie, a mix of his sisters! I was so happy I was able to hold him when he was just 15 hours old. :) He even has dimples...I'm in love.

I babysat the girls from Tuesday until Thursday...party! :) haha, I rocked driving around a minivan. :) It was so fun playing mom and these are the sweetest girls ever. Loved every minute, it was a great experience and I have great memories!

I am only posting this picture because of Ava's face...Ella took her cracker and Ava wasn't too pleased, but Ella looks quite content. :) haha. 

• I bought all my textbooks today. Total cost for ten books? $130.00, yesss!! I love saving my money and finding sweet deals. :) College, here I come!

• I got my very own laptop! Pretty much I love it, I'm sure it will come in really handy this year! 
• Sadie had puppies!! They're soo cute and I love just snuggling with them. :) They are all boys, Max, Milo and Marty! Sorry, no pictures yet...

I don't know quite why I love it so much, just the whole 'brave' theme. This whole new chapter of my life is kinda scary, but I'm gonna be brave and you better believe that this first year of college is going to be GREAT! :)
