...when you faint in seminary.
Yes, pass out. Faint. Black out.
Ooohh the most embarrassing moment of my life!
Here's how it all went down: Brother Salmond asked everyone to prepare a three minute talk in three minutes about the Resurrection. For some reason I just knew he was going to call on me...and sure enough, he did. I went up, shared what I read about and was going to go sit down. He asked me to not go sit down so I was stood there for a few minutes and then all of the sudden I thought to myself 'Wow. It all of the sudden got super hot in here, I can't wait to go outside!' Then my vision went super blurry and I couldn't really see anyone. That's all I remember, then I woke up on the floor. I was so embarrassed, I jumped up, got back to my seat and told my teacher to keep teaching. Of course, he wouldn't just leave me so he stood by me for a second and my vision started going funky again. He asked me if I wanted a drink of water and I said no, but he got me one anyways. I drank some water and started to feel better. Brother Salmond asked if he could give me a blessing, and I of course said yes. Brother Bryan, a student teacher and Brother Salmond gave me a blessing..and I started to feel somewhat back to normal. He then started teaching finally and the focus was off of me. :) The bell rang and we said the closing prayer. Brother Salmond wouldn't let me leave and had me call my mom (Brother Bryan called her soon after it happened) and let her know what my plans were. I wanted to go home because honestly I was just drained. I didn't feel sick, but I didn't feel good. My mom has been in Salt Lake for meetings and so I had Andrew come get me. Brother Salmond wouldn't leave my side until Andrew came to get me, he is such a great teacher. :)
Apparently I locked my knees and that was the reason I fainted. Brother Salmond was pretty worried about me and so I had my friend tell him that I was feeling better and home resting. He told her how freaked out he was about what happened and how bad he felt. He told her what happened, and I guess I didn't fall, he caught me. haha. He is seriously the best! :)
Through out the day I got texts from people who I never told what happened and they told me to get feeling better. Great! Now everyone is going to know about my most embarrassing moment. Oh well, I guess I'll laugh about it one day. :)
On a happy note, I got 98% on my Nutrition 1020 test. Yay! Also...
Baby Feuz was born!

Congrats ona new niece. Just came to the blog to check to see if she had arrived yet.
I passed out in the temple last year so I know how you feel. Congrats on the new niece!!! Hope all is going well with mom and baby.
Shara had her baby!? Tell her congrats!! Oh and I was seriously seconds away from passing out in Cafe Rio on a date last semester. I ditched my tray of food at the fountain drinks and found the nearest table before I went down haha don't worry it happens to the best of us :)
Glad you are okay. It could be worse. I fainted in the sealing room as I attended Reese Thatchers wedding. They were knelt across the alter and I just passed out. Ammon caught me and had to carry me out in the middle of the ceremony. So, I guess we both have embarrassing fainting stories. It's okay. It really is funny later. Good job on your test too!
Julia, that is crazy! Glad you are alright! :) Those darn embarrasing moments ;) At least you'll have a great story to tell now!
