Car wash, anyone?!

AKA: Huge water fight. 

And, that's exactly what it turned out to be! That's okay though, it's a hot summer day after all!! Caitlin and Meagann came over, we washed my car (the white one) and Caitlin washed her's. We decided to wash my mom's car as well, aren't we so nice!? haha, JK.

Meagann and Caitlin ganged up on me and I got drenched, I wasn't too happy! Don't you worry, I quickly got them back. :) It was so fun and now I don't have a dirty car!! 

 My baby. ;) I just need to come up with a good name...

I don't like Caitlin's face here...I don't think that's how she truly feels about me! :) haha. I will spare you an awful picture, though. As I was bending down to wash my car my pants ripped! Since they were wet I'm guessing they ripped easier...I was so sad, these pants were from Thailand; Loren sent them in 2008 so I guess they've had a long life. They were so comfy though and just wonderful. :) I guess he needs to return and get me some more, right?! :)

This first week of summer has been a success, my nannying job is going swell, the kids are so cute!! Yesterday I babysat for fifteen hours. Yes, I was exhausted when I got home! It's all worth it though, I love the children and love playing mom! :) 

Institute has been good so far, I'm sad I'm going to miss some days though because of Girl's Camp and my trip to New Jersey (36 days and counting!! :). I love the gospel and am really so blessed. I love reading talks so often while the kids are napping (thank goodness for two 2.5 hour naps! Most of the time. ;) I try to read a few. I was reading Elder Hollands "Place no more for the enemy of my soul " and so many things stuck out to me but this particularly did: 

"...Picture the faces of those who love you and would be shattered if you let them down..."

I don't know why that hit me so hard, but it did. Not just those living, but those on the other side of the veil, those who have lived and those who will live. Generations are depending on me to do what is right and stand up for righteousness. I hate letting anyone down, especially my Savior and Father in Heaven. I am not perfect and have a lot of work to do, but with my Savior, Jesus Christ, I can beat Satan. We can do it!
